| T-HKR Türkay rotary tiller is a secondary
tillage tool that is powered by the pto of the tractor. This
machine is designed especially to be used in vineyards and orchards

to the line of travel and rotates in the same direction
as the forward travel of the tractor. Since the shaft
turns at a rate that is faster than the tractor speed,
soil pulverizationis accomplished and as a result air-water
balance is established. The plant residues and organic
materials are also incorparated into the soil so the humus
content of the soil increases. The flap located on the
back of the machine provides an additional soil pulverization
and protects the surroundings. Since the machine is driven
by the pto of the tractor, the tiller pushes the tractor
forward and generates a negative draft. This implies energy
saving. With this enviroment friendly machine, weeds are
removed mechanically and no-herbiside application is required.
